  • How can I get an appointment with doctors?

    You just need to login to our website www.quickobook.com or have to download our application Quickobook-Patient and get registered and then choose any doctor to book an appointment with doctor.   • Can I Use this app on emergencies?

    No. This is app is for primary care- the kind of problems that your family doctor can help you with. Doctors on this app can only help you with consultation based issues that can be shared in the form of medical reports. In case of a life-threatening emergency, please call an ambulance or head to a good hospital.

  • What medicines do you prescribe?

    We have doctors from allopathic, homeopathy, ayurveda empanelled with us. We suggest over- the- counter (OTC) medicines and home remedies, just as your family doctor would. The same can be ordered on our app and will be delivered at your doorstep by our company representative or partners.

  • Are doctors available 24*7?

    No, they aren’t available 24*7 presently. Our doctors are available on mentioned time only.

  • Why the company cancelled assured appointment with doctor at the eleventh hour without seeking any permission?

    In case doctor cancels scheduled appointment with patient, support team sends SMS/Notifications to the customer about cancellation and tries to shift appointment to the next available date keeping their preference in utmost priority or else refund the whole amount after deduction of the service charge.

  • What if the doctor arrives clinic late or takes more time than the expected time without any prior information?

    Doctors first priority shall always be for emergency patients mostly OT patients and in such cases, the awaited waiting time gets longer and in some cases, it even gets cancel. Here, the support team shall process the refund or shift the appointment to next available date keeping your preference in utmost priority

  • What is the refund procedure and time taken to process the refund claim?

    Company uses Payumoney Payment gateway and in case of refund claims, generally it takes 3-4 workings days maximum to get the refund claims settled. If any transaction has been done from wallet or franchisee stores then the refund shall be processed to wallet or that franchisee store only and the customer has to collect the refunded amount from there only.

  • Is this application safe?

    Yes. We have a team of carefully selected and personally verified MD & MBBS doctors from across India. Each doctor has received extensive training to consult you. Your medical information will remain completely private.

  • Why do you require my personal information?

    We need your mobile number, email to ensure that you can be immediately informed when your doctor responds or when your medicines ship or to schedule your tests. We need your personal details such as - age, gender, height, weight etc. purely for medical usage by the doctor, so as to prescribe the most appropriate medicines and tests. We will never share your information with anyone else.

  • What can I ask doctor?

    Any medical question that you need to ask with a doctor who specializes in that area. Our doctors help with pregnancies, fevers, colds, sexual issues, weight and a whole lot more. Please visit our “What we treat” section for more details. We do not answer general questions that are not directly related to your health (eg, How to make green tea? What is the best sexual position? What is a good career choice?)

    Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call Centre support is available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 08:00 pm IST and on Sunday's From 10:00 am - 04:00 pm IST.
